HEY THERE!

I'm Sharon, founder of The Social Breathwork, and I've been where you are.

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed and out of balance in your mind and body is exhausting and, let's face it, really sucks! I get it, I've been there too.


But, I healed and set myself free by learning how to work with my body, mind, intuition and hypersensitivity, rather than against it, and I can guide you towards the same freedom.​

As a women's embodiment, performance and Breathwork coach, and registered feminine wellness hypnotherapist, I work with women who strive for more, guiding them back to calm, clear, confident and led by their inner power and authenticity, in life and business.
