About the event

Keep healthy from the inside out this autumn and winter. Notice a difference in your energy, mood and overall wellbeing.

As well as exploring our daily breathing habits and the power of our breath for relaxation, stillness, meditation and calm, throughout October, all classes will also provide health and immune-boosting breathing experiences along with tools that you can learn and use at home.

What is Breathwork?

Exploring your breathing habits and using breathwork is proven to be one of the most effective ways to help reduce anxiety and stress, and manage the daily challenges of our overstimulated and fast-paced lifestyles. Breathwork offers communication between the body and mind. Change how you breathe, and you can start to positively influence how you think and how you feel.
