About the event

This workshop will explore the connection between breath, movement and running, providing you with new tools and techniques to help you conquer your goals.

Here’s a quick overview of what’s being covered in the session

Breathing Efficiency

Breathing efficiency is key for any runner. Sharon will take you through a series of specialised breathing exercises, as well as exploring your own breathing pattern, and you will learn how to implement proper breathing techniques for running that will optimize your lung capacity (reducing breathlessness and recovery time), increase your stamina, improve oxygen delivery to your muscles, and enhance your overall running experience.

You will leave with a better understanding of breathing efficiency for running and a guided plan to implement this into your training, and notice a difference quickly!

Yoga and Myofascial Release

Discover the optimal way to build strength, release tension and improve flexibility to enhance your running.

Enjoy a yoga session with Claudine, which is specifically designed for runners. You will learn key yoga poses to build both strength and flexibility, that you can incorporate into your pre- and post-running routine, as well as an introduction to myofascial release, a self-massage technique which releases tightness and tension in your body.

Relaxation and Wellness

We will end the session with a rejuvenating guided breathwork experience, setting you up for the day ahead!


This workshop is perfect for runners of all levels, whether you’re training for a marathon or just starting out. No previous yoga or breathwork experience is necessary.

  • A yoga mat and blanket, and cushion to support your back should you wish. Being seated is also fine should lying down not be possible
  • A yoga block may be useful
  • Water
