  • How much time do I need to dedicate to this bootcamp?
    Thatโ€™s completely up to you. The beauty of this course is that itโ€™s self-paced, allowing you to fit it into your life in a way that feels manageable and supportive. People from all walks of life are part of the Bootcamp - parents, professionals, caregivers, business owners - and have found their own rhythm with this journey. You will too. Each session (6 in total) includes an in-depth teaching video, guided practical exercises, and suggestions for how to apply what you've learned between sessions. The aim is to help you integrate it into your daily life. Over the course of the bootcamp, you'll also have access to guided audio breathwork sessions ranging from 3 - 30 minutes. These are so you have a variety of sessions at hand, whether daily, a few times a week, or whenever you can include it in your schedule. While the bootcamp is flexible and designed to fit around your schedule, it does require intention. Like anything meaningful, the more you engage with it, the more youโ€™ll feel the benefits.
  • Is this fully guided?
    YES. This is fully guided. All materials are provided with clear, easy-to-follow steps, and youโ€™ll be walked through everything in the learning video.
  • Is there a cutoff date for accessing the course materials, or can I work through them whenever Iโ€™m ready?
    No, there is no cutoff date for accessing the course materials. You will have lifetime access to all course recordings and materials, allowing you to complete the course at your own pace.
  • Is this bootcamp suitable for me?
    This bootcamp is accessible to most people, but there are certain medical contraindications to be aware of. Breathwork can be an enjoyable and sometimes powerful experience. However, due to the physical, emotional, and psychological changes that Conscious Connected Breathing can bring, itโ€™s important to ensure that it is suitable for you. If you have any of the following conditions, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before enrolling: Cardiovascular conditions (e.g., heart disease, hypertension) Uncontrolled Blood Pressure (high and low) Respiratory issues (e.g., chronic obstructive pulmonary disease - if you have asthma, it is fine to join, just have your inhalers to hand when in breathing sessions) Epilepsy or seizures Recent surgery or injuries Pregnancy (unless approved by a healthcare provider and adjusted breathing) Severe mental health conditions (e.g., active psychosis, recent trauma, bipolar disorder) History of panic attacks or severe anxiety Severe PTSD, for which you have not received support. Please note that this bootcamp is not a substitute for medical advice or therapy. While we do explore how trauma impacts us and offer tools to support personal growth, this is not a trauma therapy program.   • Do I get immediate access to the Bootcamp & how does it work?

Once you log in, you can begin working through the sessions at your own pace. Each session includes a video, practical exercises, and helpful materials. As you complete each session, simply click "Completed" within the course platform to move onto the next session. You can move through the course as quickly or slowly as you'd like, depending on what works best for you!
  • How long will it take me to complete the bootcamp
    The course has been designed for people who want to complete it in around 6 weeks, with focused time and commitment. However, since the real value comes from practicing and integrating what you learn into your life, many participants take anywhere between 6 to 10 weeks to fully engage with the material at a deeper level. You also have lifetime access, so youโ€™re free to move at the pace that works best for you.
