The Social Breathwork Transformational Breathing Sessions are a unique and welcoming space where you can breathe, relax, explore, release, heal, and much more. The session is fully guided in a safe and supportive container, to help you grow, heal, and transform.

This session is for you if:

  • You're ready to shake off the things that are holding you back.
  • You have stored stress, anxiety, or trauma that you want to release.
  • You feel stuck in a rut and want to get out of your own way.
  • You want to tap into your unlocked potential.
  • You want to feel more empowered, liberated, and clear-headed.
  • You want to feel more at ease and calm in your mind and body.
  • You've tried other self-help methods, but nothing has really touched you at a core level.

What to expect:

Sharon, the founder and leading practitioner of The Social Breathwork, will create a friendly, safe and welcoming container, helping you ease into and fully embrace the experience.

After an introduction and demonstration of the breathing technique, you'll be invited to lie down, get comfortable,  and begin your journey. To carefully selected music, you'll be gently guided through a journey of relaxation, breath/body connection, and conscious connected breathing to support healing, deep relaxation, discovery, and personal growth.

The beauty of this experience is that you're fully in control. You can choose how the session moves forward for you. The more you relax into the breathing, the better. It's best to come with an open mind and heart and be open to all that you may experience.

The session will include a full introduction to the breathing technique and formal of the session, grounding in time, breathing, integration and reflection.  You are fully guided and supported throughout.

An online expereince can be just as powerful as in person, and in some ways even more powerful. Here’s Why:
  • It’s easier for people to feel more relaxed to release at home in their safe space.
  • You can lie there and enjoy the moment afterwards for as long as you like.
  • There is no one else around to distract you.
  • You have me coaching you through your headphones - this can make the expereince feel more personal.
  • You don’t have to drive afterwards.

You receive a complete guide on how to set up your space before the event. 

The breathing technique and what you may experience:

We use Conscious Connected Breathing in this session, where we breathe in a continuous circular breathing pattern.

Breathwork experiences are different for everyone, and your experience will be unique to you and your path. You'll be guided to relax with the breath, and as you melt away into your own venture, the inner chatter and critical mind will quiet down, opening up a deep connection with the body and yourself. It's here where we can start to clear stress, anxiety, stored emotions, and other "stuff" that no longer serves us and you feel ready to release. It's a little like a decluttering session.

It really can be an experience like nothing you have experienced before! 

It may be hard to think, at this point, that a breathing session could have such an impactful experience on your life, but trust me, it can! Many people report having profound experiences and leave the breathwork sessions feeling much lighter, clearer, calmer, more content, empowered, and deeply relaxed.

As you move through the session, you may experience a variety of sensations and/or emotions. This is completely normal and is due to the release of stored stress from the nervous system. You will be sent a full preparation document on how to prepare and what you may expereince and we will chat about this at the start of the session.

    This is an online event and will last for 1.45 hours. It includes an introduction, breathing experience and integration time at the end.
