  • How much time do I need to dedicate to this program?
    Each week, you receive 1 x educational video for the topic that week. These range from 30 minutes to 1 hour. You watch at your own leisure, at the beginning of each week. Depending on how much time you wish to invest into this, but a minimum of 15 - 30 minutes on most days would be great. However, this bootcamp is flexible to work around your life, so it is highly adaptable to work for you - but, with anything new, we need to schedule and make time in our diaries. You have the option to attend bi-weekly online check-ins and Q&A group sessions, however, if you can't make any of our live or online in person breathing sessions, there will be replays for you to complete in your own time.
  • Is this fully guided?
    YES. This is fully guided with weekly topics, materials and guided audios. All materials are provided at the start of each week for you simply follow along.
  • What if I can't make the live events?
    Don't worry - all events will be recorded and you will be sent the replay to watch in your own time.
  • Do I have to complete it in 6 weeks?
    Not at all! We would advise committing to the full 6 weeks continuously to build momentum and experience the best results. However, if you need to stretch it out over a longer period, that's no problem at all. You have lifetime access to all recordings and replays, so you can revisit the material anytime that works for you.
  • Is this program for me?
    YES! However, if you have any of the medical contraindication below, please contact me to discuss first. Health Information: (Please let us know if any of the following apply to you) This bootcamp is designed to be accessible for most people; however, we will be exploring certain breathing techniques throughout our time together. While these techniques can be beneficial, they may not be suitable for everyone. In some cases, adaptations may be possible, but we’ll need to assess this beforehand. If you have a history of severe cardiovascular issues, significant mental health conditions, or are taking specific medications (such as MAOIs), please inform us. Additionally, pregnant individuals should consult their healthcare provider before participating. Breathwork Considerations: If any of the following apply to you, you can still attend, but please let us know in advance: History of cardiovascular issues, especially heart conditions. Respiratory conditions or disorders. Prone to hyperventilation or panic attacks. Pregnant, especially in later stages.
  • I am pregnant and/or have a medical condition, is this suitable?
    The 6-week Bootcamp has been designed to offer accessibility to most people, however, there are certain medical conditions that we need to be made aware of. These include: ​ Pregnancy Epilepsy Cancer - unless prescribed by a doctor Detached retina or Glaucoma Severe cardiovascular conditions Heart conditions or arrhythmia Pre-existing lung disease (COPD) Uncontrolled high or low blood pressure Bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia or psychosis ​ We may ask you to seek medical guidance to continue, or adapt certain breathing techniques for you - please contact me to discuss. ​ Note: if you have asthma, it is fine to participate but have your inhaler with you.

Hey there, I'm Sharon, and I'm ready to guide you back to feeling..well..more like you!

For years, I was caught in cycles of stress, overthinking, and feeling like I was constantly trying, but never getting anywhere!

No matter what I tried, something still felt off.

As a clinical hypnotherapist, coach, and fitness professional, I thought I had all the tools to 'fix' myself. But the more I tried to “think” my way out of it, the more exhausted I became.
