Welcome to Week 2
 

This week, we explore what has changed in our breathing, how it affects our health and wellbeing, and how we can restore it - we embark on a journey to retrain and restore our natural breathing patterns.

This week includes a guided practical breathing exercise for you to complete throughout the week. While the educational video provide valuable explanations, you don’t have to watch them to start your practice.  However, watching the videos can enhance your understanding and deepen your progress.  
 
You can begin your journey by heading straight to the Guided Practical Video and Breathing Audio for this week. The PDF Practical Guide will outline what to do.
