Join Sharon for this fascinating session and uncover why and how our modern-day breathing habits are zapping our energy, preventing us from sleeping well, and increasing our stress levels, she will show you how to change this and instead use your breathing to your advantage, and teach some simple breathing techniques to reduce stress and blood pressure, improve digestion, help with mental focus, balance your mood and energy and improve your sleep.
