Monthly Breathwork Reset

This class is for those who have already breathed with me or have experience with breathwork and want to go deeper. It’s your chance to reset, reconnect, and realign—both physically and emotionally.

In this monthly session, we’ll go beyond the basics, exploring breath as a tool for deeper self-regulation, self-exploration, emotional release, and nervous system balance.
