As a woman you will experience the natural changes of perimenopause and menopause, it can be stormy times, but yoga and breathwork will help you.

Join us for this exclusive afternoon mini-retreat, specifically tailored to the unique needs of perimenopausal and menopausal women. Allow yourself to step away from your daily routine for some well-deserved ‘me time’ and discover the most effective tools and techniques to support you during this important chapter in your life.

Mini-retreat Highlights and Benefits:

  • You will learn about the different stages and symptoms of menopause and be guided through a range of therapeutic movement and breathing techniques to support you in your life moving forward.
  • Spend some time with other women experiencing perimenopause or menopause and take some time to pause and focus on your own wellbeing
  • Explore Gentle Restorative Yoga: Let us guide you through effective yoga poses that target common menopausal symptoms and can help promote deep relaxation and reduce anxiety, designed to support the body's natural healing processes.
  • Find Balance and manage symptoms: Menopause can sometimes make you feel out of sync, but with our breathwork techniques, you'll learn to restore harmony within your body and mind and help manage common symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, and mood swings.
  • Refreshments and time to reflect on your experience and speak to others on the same journey.
