About the event

If you've been hearing the 'buzz' about breathwork of late, and all of the positive benefits it offers to your overall health and wellbeing and are keen to try it, do come along and join Sharon in this introductory breathwork class. 

So, what's it all about?

We pay lots of attention to how much we exercise and what we eat and drink, but not all of us are aware of how our breathing impacts how we think, feel and perform daily and the huge impact it has on our mental and physical health and overall wellbeing. 

In this introductory class, Sharon will provide you with insight, tools and a breathwork experience so that you will

  • Reconnect with your breathing and body and feel a difference in how you think and feel! 
  • Learn how to use your breathing to support your health and wellbeing, stay in sync, energised, calm and productive - at any time of the day.
  • Enjoy a breathwork experience that will regulate your nervous system, bring you into balance and leave you feeling much lighter and energised.
  • Support your health and wellbeing from the inside out! As well as feeling a shift in your mental wellbeing, your body, organs, stomach/digestion, heart and lungs get a great workout and the attention they need to keep strong and healthy. 

Info about ongoing classes

All classes will help you clear out emotional baggage, relax, recharge, reduce stress and overwhelm, help you sleep better, and improve energy levels, and your overall health and wellbeing. It's incredible how different you can feel after one session - you will leave feeling more restored and more empowered.

Class Information

We will send further information about the class details in the confirmation email, but just so you know what you will need for the classes - 

  • The class is fully guided - you simply lie down, relax and breathe in certain rhythms to my guide and sometimes carefully selected music to suit the theme of the session.
  • Wear loose-fitting clothing 
  • Bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow
  • If you prefer to wear an eye mask, please feel free to bring one
  • Do not eat a large meal 1.5 hours before the class - it is better to have a somewhat empty stomach

You can read more about breathwork classes here should you like more information. Sessions are for 18 years and above.  If you are pregnant, have epilepsy or have severe cardiovascular concerns this class would not be advised.

Booking and registering are required for all classes to inform us of any medical or health concerns before the class (so breathing techniques can be adjusted if required).
