About the event

Keep healthy from the inside out this autumn and winter. Notice a difference in your energy, mood and overall wellbeing.

As well as exploring our daily breathing habits and the power of our breath for relaxation, stillness, meditation and calm, throughout October, all classes will also provide health and immune-boosting breathing experiences along with tools that you can learn and use at home.

What is Breathwork?

Exploring your breathing habits and using breathwork is proven to be one of the most effective ways to help reduce anxiety and stress, and manage the daily challenges of our overstimulated and fast-paced lifestyles. Breathwork offers communication between the body and mind. Change how you breathe, and you can start to positively influence how you think and how you feel.

It is proven to be a highly effective tool to calm the mind, reduce stress, ease tension and offer expansion. Our sessions focus on nervous system regulation, releasing stored tensions from the body and relaxation - offering a wonderful sense of peace, calm, empowerment and joy.

The Benefits of Breathwork?

  • Restore balance in the body and brain
  • Provide you with a lifelong tool you can use
  • Have a deeper connection to yourself and others
  • Improve overall health and outlook on life
  • Reduce anxiety, depression and stress
  • Heal past pain and trauma
  • Improve your sleep quality
  • Boost immunity and reduce inflammation
  • Increase concentration and focus
  • Unlock the untapped potential and thrive
  • Feel more confident with clarity and purpose

The classes

Our classes provide a friendly, enjoyable and safe space - with a great group of people - so that you can feel fully at ease and relaxed to enjoy your experience.

What happens in a class?

Sessions will be designed and guided by the breathwork facilitator, Sharon. Sharon's classes are always inviting, enjoyable and effective!

You will be invited to either sit or lie down, and you are guided through relaxation and breathing techniques, often to gentle music. Breathing techniques are explained and practised at the beginning of each session before you lie down and are guided into your session. Some sessions may also include things like stretching, music, sound and use of vocal tones, meditation or tapping for example.

Classes provide you with a lovely experience of deep relaxation and rejuvenation, from within, that supports improved health, wellbeing and performance.
