This event is a celebration of empowerment, inner strength and new beginnings!

Immerse yourself in a transformative experience at our exclusive half-day workshop that combines breathwork and a cold water dip in a beautiful lagoon, specially tailored for women looking to conquer challenges and unlock various health benefits. This is a wonderfully holistic approach to well-being, addressing the mind, body, and spirit.

Blending immersive breathwork with cold water dips can be truly transformative, and particularly beneficial for women. This combination provides stress relief, relaxation, and emotional comfort. It can also symbolise a rebirthing expereince and empower women to welcome fresh starts and discover inner resilience. 


You will also be connected with other like-minded souls in a welcoming, safe and hugely supportive environment (not to mention having some fun along the way!). 

We come together and start our morning with a beautiful guided grounding and intention setting meditation session to centre ourselves and be fully present in the moment, allowing us to make the most of the experience ahead. Setting intentions for the morning is a powerful practice that can cultivate a supportive and harmonious atmosphere for growth.

Following this, we transition into our immersive breathing practice, which has been curated specifically with women in mind. 

You will be invited to lie down, and are then fully guided and supported as you embark on a wonderful breathing practice. This breathwork session is a practice that involves using a specific breathing technique to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It can help reduce stress, increase energy levels, improve focus, and enhance relaxation. The immersive breathwork experience lasts around 45 minutes.

There will be a 20-minute integration period for you to rest, reset, reflect on your experience, and enjoy a light snack to replenish your energy.

Following this, a serene stroll through woodlands to Avon Lagoon sets the stage for a cold water immersion experience led by cold water expert Jenny, The Cold Water Therapist. 

The day culminates with a closing celebration to honour the journey of empowerment and growth that participants have undertaken throughout the experience.

There are some medical contraindications for this event. If you have any of the following, please contact us before booking

Epilepsy Heart conditions or arrhythmia High or low blood pressure with fainting history Unstable pregnancy Bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia or psychosis Glaucoma or detached retina Pre-existing lung disease  It may still be possible to breathe with us, and in these cases, I will recommend a modified practice for you
