Breathing and How It Plays A Part in Your Mental Health 

How we breathe, and use our breathing, to help our mental health is often overlooked or tossed aside, yet, it has been proven to be one of the most effective and accessible tools we have at our disposal. 

So, why aren't we using it? 

In my experience, many of us just simply don't understand how our breathing is impacting our mental health, we have no idea where to start and what to do, or we feel we just don't have time! If this is you, jump on this session and let me show you exactly why and how to use this amazing tool that could change so much for you, as it did me! (AND, I will also show you how you can use it, without having to schedule it in the diary or have to change your way of life!!) 

Free Online Breathing Session Details

The Worldwide Mental Health Foundation has reported that the global mental health crisis is a major issue facing the world today and that the numbers are staggering - across all ages, even children as young as 4 years old. 

Times are changing and we need new and effective ways to manage our physical health and mental wellbeing for living in the modern day. 

Join me, Sharon, in this free open session where I will show you why, and how, the way you breathe plays a big part in your physical and mental health. My goal for this session is to provide you with a simple, but highly effective tool, that you can start to use immediately and feel a difference. The great thing is that you already have the tool, and this session will show you exactly how to use it to your advantage, at no cost!

This session will help you and your loved ones who may live with anxiety, overwhelm, stress, self-doubt and physical and mental health concerns. 

WHAT'S BEING COVERED?

In this friendly and welcoming session, I will

  • Show why and how your breathing is impacting your physical and mental health, and also importantly, how mental health impacts your breathing, causing additional physical and mental health concerns - keeping you in those uncomfortable cycles. 
  • Guide you through a 15-20 minute practical breathing session so you can feel the difference for yourself
  • If time, a Q&A session (you can ask any questions you would like covered in the session at the time of RSVP'ing)

A quick note from Sharon 

Hi there, and thank you for taking the time to read this. This campaign is very close to my heart.

As someone who experienced chronic stress, overthinking and anxiety for many years before finding breathwork, and understanding the need to breathe better, I have first-hand experience of how it can impact your daily life, thoughts, relationships, confidence and physical and mental wellbeing.

My mission with The Social Breathwork is to help people regain some control over, and reduce, feelings of stress, overwhelm and anxiety by simply exploring how they breathe. I know it sounds so simple, and if I’m honest I thought the same some years ago, but discovering that my breathing was one of the key catalysts for how I was feeling changed my life, and I would love to show you how you can do that too.    

If you are currently experiencing higher levels of anxiety, stress, burnout, fatigue, overwhelm or feeling a little out of sync – and many of us are these days - or, you know someone who is and you are concerned for their wellbeing, please reach out or start by popping along to this open event.
