The Social Breathwork Transformational Breathing Session is a unique and welcoming space where you can breathe, relax, explore, release, heal, and much more. The session is fully guided in a safe and supportive environment, with the aim of helping you grow, heal, and transform.

This class is for you if:

  • You're ready to shake off the things that are holding you back.
  • You have stored stress, anxiety, or trauma that you want to release.
  • You feel stuck in a rut and want to get out of your own way.
  • You want to tap into your unlocked potential.
  • You want to feel more empowered, liberated, and clear-headed.
  • You want to feel more at ease and calm in your mind and body.
  • You've tried other self-help methods, but nothing has really touched you at a core level.

What to expect:

Sharon, the founder and leading practitioner of The Social Breathwork, will create a friendly and welcoming space, helping you ease into and fully embrace the experience.

After an introduction and demonstration of the breathing technique, you'll be invited to lie down, get comfortable,  and begin your journey. To carefully selected music, you'll be gently guided through a journey of relaxation, breath/body connection, and conscious connected breathing to support healing, deep relaxation, discovery, and personal growth.

The beauty of this experience is that you're fully in control. You can choose how the session moves forward for you. The more you relax into the breathing, the better. It's best to come with an open mind and heart and be open to all that you may experience.

The breathing technique and what you may experience:

We use Conscious Connected Breathing in this class, where we breathe in a continuous circular breathing pattern.

Breathwork experiences are different for everyone, and your experience will be unique to you and your path. You'll be guided to relax with the breath, and as you melt away into your own venture, the inner chatter and critical mind will quiet down, opening up a deep connection with the body and yourself. It's here where we can start to clear stress, anxiety, stored emotions, and other "stuff" that no longer serves us and you feel ready to release. It's a little like a decluttering session.

It really can be an experience like nothing you have experienced before! It may be hard to think, at this point, that a breathing session could have such an impactful experience on your life, but trust me, it can!

Many people report having profound experiences and leave the breathwork sessions feeling much lighter, clearer, calmer, more content, empowered, and deeply relaxed.

Here are just a few of the benefits that can be experienced:

  • Physical level: Opens and clears restricted breathing patterns, leading to a more expansive, healthy life experience with more energy, clear toxins, balance and empowerment.

Hi there, I'm Sharon, founder of The Social Breathwork, and I am so thrilled at the thought of you coming to breathe with me!

Cards on the table, I spent most of my adult life in cycles of feeling stuck in my head, overwhelmed, unworthy, anxious and out of balance in my mind and body. (If you've been feeling like that too, I understand how exhausting and scary it can be) It was only when I fortunately stumbled across breathwork some years ago that changed my life, and how I thought about, and connected with myself. 

With breathwork, I was finally able to set myself free by learning how to work with my body, mind and intuition, rather than against it, and I can guide you towards the same.​

It truly does all begin with the breath! I would love for you to come and join me in a wonderful reconnection breathwork session where we focus on syncing the breath, heart, body, and soul to create space and harmony that will positively affect your emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing and guide you to begin to feel more aligned and authentic, and more connected to your true self and your intuition. (not the manic mind that keeps you awake at night!) I have a genuine passion for cheerleading human potential through the power of breathwork and will provide a welcoming haven for you to feel safe, comfortable, unjudged and inspired so that you are free to explore, express and grow.
