About the event
If you've been hearing the 'buzz' about breathwork of late, and all of the positive benefits it offers to your overall health and wellbeing and are keen to try it, do come along and join Sharon in this breathwork class.
So, what's it all about?
Think of it as 'innercise' for your body and mind - we are building strength, health and vitality from the inside out!
We pay lots of attention to how much we exercise and what we eat and drink, but not all of us are aware of how our breathing impacts how we think, feel and perform daily and the huge impact it has on our mental and physical health and overall wellbeing.
In this class, Sharon will provide you with insight, tools and a breathwork experience that will regulate your nervous system, bring you into balance and leave you feeling much lighter and energised.
