About the event

Join Sharon for this fascinating session and uncover why your breathing is the essential tool to help you through turbulent times and how the way you breathe can support your physical health and mental wellbeing.

She will show you some simple breathing techniques to reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, reduce blood pressure, improve digestion, help with mental focus, balance your mood and energy and improve your sleep. In short, provide you with essential tools to help you manage the challenges of the day.

What to expect

In a welcoming and enjoyable session, Sharon will provide you with insight, simple tools and practical breathing experiences, so that you will

  • Understand why and how our breathing shifts at times of stress, and how it impacts our health and mental wellbeing.
  • Learn the most effective way to breathe to manage your own emotional and mental wellbeing.
  • Experience and enjoy a breathwork session that will help regulate the nervous system and bring you into balance.

You will leave feeling more in balance and armed with some tools to use in your everyday life to help you manage stress and help you sleep.
