About the event

We are thrilled to be starting beginner breathwork classes in Linlithgow following a successful launch day in March, and lots of interest for regular classes.

If you've been hearing the 'buzz' around breathwork of late, and its benefits, and you're keen to try it, please do come along and join us. Our classes provide a friendly, enjoyable and safe space - with a great group of people.

Our first Breathwork class is starting Monday, April 17th at 6 pm.

The classes

Each week will be a different focus and breathing experience, and you will also learn breathing techniques to support you in your day-to-day life. All classes are designed to help you relax, recharge, reduce stress and overwhelm, help you sleep better, and improve energy levels, and your overall health and wellbeing. It's amazing how different you can feel in 60 minutes or less.

Week 1 -  Monday 17th April focus

Uncover if your own breathing pattern is hindering you and causing stress in your body, learn the most effective breathing technique for health and wellbeing, and experience a breathwork session that will leave you feeling recharged and more in sync!

We have lots of exciting breathing techniques and sessions to share with you, over the weeks you will feel a shift in your energy, stress levels and mood.

Booking and registering are required for all classes to make us aware of any medical or health concerns prior to the class (so breathing techniques can be adjusted if required).

All classes must be registered and booked in advance - thank you. 


5-week block - £45

Price per class PAYG - £10.00

At booking, you will have the option to book the 5-week block (you will automatically be added to all classes) or you can PAYG and choose your date, or you can advise if you want to pay cash at the venue.

Class Information

We will send further information about the class details in the confirmation email, but just so you know what you will need for the classes - 

  •  A yoga mat and blanket, and cushion to support your back should you wish. Being seated is also fine should lying down not be possible. (if you do not have a yoga mat, let us know and we can provide one)
  • Wear loose-fitting clothing 

Sessions are for 18 years and above.  

If you are pregnant, have epilepsy or have severe cardiovascular concerns some techniques would not be advised, so please do make us aware of any medical conditions when booking.

We will use a variety of different breathing techniques throughout our sessions and over the coming weeks. Please note - you may experience some physical sensations when using certain breathing techniques such as lightheadedness, tingling, feelings of emotion or fluctuation in temperature -  all of these are completely normal in breathing sessions and ease once your breathing does.
