We’re not here to experience constant stress and anxiety—feeling uncomfortable in our bodies and weighed down by our never-ending thoughts.

But for many of us, this is what is happening. 

Including myself—for most of my adult life in fact, until it all became too much and impacted every area of my life, business, wellbeing and health.  

But I found my way through – I healed myself, my mind, body and nervous system and took back my life from the cycles that kept me stuck for so long. Now, I’m here to help you do the same

Hello there, I’m Sharon

Although my extensive training, research and practice over the years are the foundation of my work, it’s my lived-in experience at the core.


I’ve lived it, I’ve healed, I’ve reclaimed, I’ve rebuilt, I’ve embodied, and I get it. 


I’ve experienced what it’s like to

Give my time and energy away – and exhaust myself in the process

 

Second guess and overthink everything I did… and then think about it some more!

 

Believe that I was the problem – I needed to ‘fix’ or change myself to be accepted.

 

Feel lost and stuck in life.

 

Go against my intuition - because I didn’t trust myself enough to show up for me in a real, whole-hearted way.

 

Distract and numb myself to run from the looming ‘ickiness’ I felt lurking within 

 

Feel stuck in my head, living from the neck up, and constantly battling with my body.

 

Become so exhausted and unwell by unbalanced and unhealthy relationships.

 

Feeling like I’ll never figure myself out or get this ‘life stuff’ together.

It was out of necessity that I finally discovered how to take back my life—for real this time. 

It’s been a journey, but I’m so glad it led me here - healed, connected and in control….. and meeting you.

While I’m currently based in Scotland, UK, I help clients around the world through my online coaching programs, in-person and online sessions, retreats and workshops.
