As a breathwork, nervous system, life, and embodiment coach — and a registered feminine wellness hypnotherapist — my mission is to support women who, like I once was, feel overwhelmed, anxious, and stuck in survival mode, caught in exhausting patterns that keep them from living authentically and fully.

Because beyond the titles and training, I’m a realist. I spent most of my adult life unregulated, anxious and seeking acceptance, I've walked the path of healing, self-discovery, and transformation —and I’m here to help you do the same.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding many women as they regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with their bodies and intuition, rediscover who they are, improve their relationships, and begin showing up for themselves with more clarity, ease, self-compassion, and unapologetic authenticity — in both life and business.

My work blends science, breathwork, mindset, somatics, and soul — providing a supportive space to heal, explore, nurture and truly thrive.

One of the things I’m often asked is ‘How on earth did you get into all of this?!’ – If I’m honest, it was out of necessity.
My life has been anything but linear, and it wasn’t until I was in my forties that everything finally clicked and I was able to fully heal my mind, body, and nervous system from the patterns and cycles that had kept me stuck for so long.

My Inner World v’s My Outer World
I was often described as a ‘focused & driven woman’—someone who
-
set her sights on something and went for it.
-
would do anything for others without question.
-
had an easy going spirit and easily adapted.
-
reliable, who would drop everything to accommodate others.
-
you could always turn to for support.
-
deeply committed to her partner.
-
seemed to always be ‘on the go’ and hold it all together well.
-
appeared sure, confident and in control.
But the truth was, my inner world was singing a different tune. Most days, I felt overwhelmed, unsure, and exhausted.

It wasn’t until my life fell apart—and I was forced to stop and truly look at the driving forces behind it all—that I finally saw how disconnected I had been, how I allowed people to treat me, how unwell I had become, and how little I was actually showing up for myself.
Living a co-dependent and people pleasing life with a huge
dose of dysregulation
You see, even though parts of my life looked successful, I felt out of sync beneath it all.
Deep down, I was an overly agreeable people-pleaser, caught in perfectionist and co-dependent thinking, with super-duper sensitive soul

I ignored red flags, made excuses, and kept pushing through—quietly losing my voice and myself in the process.
I stayed too long in toxic relationships that chipped away at my confidence and self-worth, placing my value on their approval, I thought if I could just ‘fix’ things—or change myself —I’d finally be enough.
​
I had no boundaries, and let the number on the scale define my worth. I walked on eggshells, avoided conflict, and shut down (well, give in) or flee when things got uncomfortable.
​
To prove I was worthy, I pushed even harder—adapting, overworking, overgiving, obsessing over food, weight, and exercise —until it turned into burnout and disordered patterns.
I was running on deep-rooted patterns of survival mode—that I couldn’t even see what was really happening. Not until everything in my life fell away, leaving me no choice but to confront MYSELF.
Living with PTSD, panic attacks, and a crushing sense of defeat, my health felt the impact with gut issues and inflammation in my body. But more concerning, I felt like I couldn't go on.

Turning to everything I knew—mindset work—wasn't working, and it was here that I had to search for another solution. It was here that I, fortunately, stumbled upon breathwork.


The Power of Breath, Somatics & Nervous System Healing
Breathwork and somatic practices didn’t just help me feel better—they saved my life.
(I know that might sound a little cliché, but it’s the truth.)

​​My first breathwork experience had such a profound and powerful impact. It opened up new possibilities and a connection I hadn’t felt in a long time. I knew, right then, I’d found something I needed to explore more deeply. I went down the rabbit hole—and years later, I had retrained and redefined my entire profession.
I wasn’t broken. I didn’t need fixing. I just hadn’t been taught how to feel safe in myself - at a cellular and nervous system level, not just in my mind. The overgiving, the people-pleasing, perfectionist thinking, the self-doubt—it wasn’t who I was.
It was who I’d learned to be to survive in the world.

Once I understood that, everything changed. I stopped overriding my body and started listening. I began to rewire the patterns that kept me stuck. I rebuilt my energy, reconnected with my breath, and re-learned how to be with myself—without bracing or numbing.
​
This is the work I now live and breathe.
​
For women who’ve done all the mindset work but still feel stuck. For the ones who feel like they’re constantly pushing through life.
There is another way—one that works with your body, not against it.
You’re not broken, my lovely. You’ve just been wired for survival.

From a young age, we’re shaped and programmed by our caregivers, experiences and society into who we aught to be, how to act and respond in situations, often in a way that clashes with who we truly are, and more importantly, with the person we want to be. Moving through the world as adults we still carry the burden of this programming with an unregulated nervous system and outdated beliefs.
