Hello, I'm Sharon

I've been where you stand, now I'm here to help you.

Although my extensive training, research and practice over the years are the foundation of my work, it’s my lived-in experience at the core.

 

Through reconnecting breathwork, body and nervous system-based coaching, and upgrading thought work, I coach women like you to stop feeling anxious and stuck—so that you can finally feel free in your mind and at home in your body, live with ease and confidence, trust yourself and your decisions, and improve your relationships—most importantly, the one with yourself.

My work goes beyond mindset alone, because we can’t just think our way out of this – we need to embody it first.

 

We’ll do this together.  You’ve got this - and I’ve got you.
